The following is the recommendation and guideline for proper use of Mammoth Liquid L-Carnitine
Suggested Use :Â Shake well before use. For best absorption, take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) up to two times daily with food, meal replacement, protein shake or in juice. Unless otherwise directed by a healthcare practitioner.
