Take it for any other moderate to extreme physical activity, such as weightlifting, powerlifting, and cross fit. Mix one scoop with 250 to 500 ml of water (adjust to taste) and drink it 15 minutes before.

Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 scoop once a day. Take with food / meal. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Additional Dosage Information: One scoop = 8.5g.

Avoid taking with health products or foods that contains caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g., medications, coffee, tea, colas, coca, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedrine). If symptoms persist or worsen or if new symptoms appear, discontinue use, and consult a health care practitioner. If you are taking any prescription drugs, consult a health care practitioner before using this product.
Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have had a heart attack / myocardial infarction. Known adverse reactions: Some people might have gastrointestinal complaints (such as diarrhea).
