Directions: Add 1 scoop to 8oz (250mL) of water, shake well & enjoy!
SUGGESTED USAGE :
Consume 15-30 minutes prior your workout. When you start feeling the urge to fight a king cobra, it means the pre workout just kicked in!
Mix one serving with 250ml of water and mix thoroughly in a shaker cup until powder has fully dissolved. Do not exceed one scoop.
