How to integrate Greens in my daily routine?
Since greens are the most important supplement of the day, it’s better to take them in the morning. You can mix it with 250 to 500ml of water or vegetal milk (adjust to taste), or add it to your smoothie, yogurt, or combine it with vanilla protein.
Recommended Dose: One serving, once or twice a day, mixed with 250ml of water or other liquid.
