Absolutely! Athlete’s Superfood IS a food and can be added to any meal. It’s a convenient way to get extra fruits and vegetables.
Should I only take it once per day?
You can use Athlete’s Superfood as often as you would eat fruit and vegetables. We don’t recommend a 100% substitution, but getting enough greens in one’s diet is extremely difficult. Athlete’s Superfood makes it that much easier!
Can I mix Athlete’s Superfood with other AG products?
Athlete’s Superfood can stack with any of our products. We recommend taking it with 1 scoop of AMMO-8 before am fasted cardio.
Is it important to stick to the 350ml recommendation when mixing Athlete’s Superfood with water?
350ml is just a suggestion – you can use as much or as little water as you like to create the level of flavoring you prefer.
